1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for consulting, tender support, compliance assistance, and outsourcing services are strictly non-refundable once the service has been initiated. This includes situations where documentation work, advisory consultation, research, drafting, review, or submission preparation has already commenced.

Due to the professional time, expertise, and resources allocated immediately upon engagement, fees paid are considered compensation for services rendered and reserved.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email or official communication channel. However:

  • If the service has already started, no refund will be applicable.
  • If the cancellation request is made before commencement of work, the company may review the request at its sole discretion.
  • Any administrative, documentation, or processing charges incurred up to the cancellation date may be deducted if a refund is considered.

3. Refund at Company Discretion

In exceptional cases where INEX Associate is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal operational reasons, a refund may be considered. Such refunds are not automatic and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Tender rejection or non-award decisions by authorities
  • Changes in government policies or eligibility criteria
  • Client’s failure to provide accurate or timely information
  • Delays caused by third-party portals or regulatory systems

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment or an alternative method deemed appropriate by the company.

5. Policy Modifications

INEX Associate reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
